This policy explains how MenuWorks, a UAIWORKS solution, handles data submitted through the interest form.
Data controller
UAIWORKS is responsible for data collected on this page to register interest and enable a possible future contact.
Data collected
We collect restaurant name, email, phone/WhatsApp, revenue range, consent records, and safe campaign attribution. We do not keep form contents in browser storage or send them to analytics tools.
Purpose
We use the data to register interest, understand the operation's size and profile, evaluate a future contact, prevent abuse, and keep a contact record. Promotional news is sent only when the separate option is selected.
Sharing and access
Access is limited to authorized people and providers needed to host and operate the service, subject to security and purpose obligations. We do not sell form data.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept as needed to answer the request, record the commercial relationship, and meet applicable obligations. Requests that do not continue are reviewed for deletion or anonymization under the approved retention policy.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, objection, or deletion. The formal privacy channel and final retention periods will be confirmed before production publication.
Security
The form uses server validation, protected Firestore writes, deduplication, and abuse controls. No system is risk-free, so we apply limited access and data minimization.
